Package Cleaning


We offer package cleaning to provide clear and detailed cleaning tasks covering a range of cleaning needs. Our pricing is based on house size and the type of cleaning you want, as we’ve found it is the most accurate way to estimate the amount of work involved, given average build-up and wear-and-tear. We get our information from public county government records. You can find your home here:

We actually have to look at 2 reported sizes on these sites: the “above-grade living area” (AGLA) and “Basement Rec Room Size (sq.ft)”, as the AGLA is only “finished above grade living area in a house. It does not include unfinished areas, the area occupied by a cathedral ceiling, enclosed non-living areas such as garages and enclosed porches, or basement area or finished basement living space” (source). Some Property Record sites will list “Total Finished Living Area”, and that figure usually includes basement space.

Why can’t we use information from real estate websites? Unfortunately, real estate sites just pull one piece of information from assessment sites, and it’s usually just the above-grade living area figure. It rarely includes the basement.

Adding more time or services – After booking our services online, we will contact you to confirm the details of your cleaning needs to ensure that you’ve booked us for the right type of cleaning with the right add-ons.

We compensate our teams for the time they put into the cleaning, and we also need to ensure a reliable schedule for the teams because they usually have more than 1 house in a day to complete. Therefore, the quote you book us for DOES include a certain timeframe of work – it is not an open-ended appointment.

Our quotes make an assumption about the work involved, which translates to an assigned time frame for the cleaning. We assume average build up of dust, grime, smudges, crumbs, etc. for Classic First Time cleaning visits, and heavier build up for Premium First Time cleanings.

On the day of service, the team will arrive in company attire and introduce themselves. They’ll request a walkthrough of the home with you, which should only take 10 minutes. They’ll record notes about any items or areas that need special care or specific instructions from you, and will assess if the package you purchased allows them adequate time to complete the job to a satisfactory level. If they note any areas that will take more time than usual, such as a very cluttered room, a heavily soiled bathroom, or other areas that need extra time to get the job done well, they will ask for your preference – add extra services, skip the area, or just put less focus on that area. We don’t add time or charge more for the cleaning unless we have your permission.

Hourly Cleaning


Occasionally, our cleaning packages don’t fit a customer’s very specific needs. This happens most often with larger homes (3,000 square feet or more), post-construction cleaning, and certain one-time cleanings. If your cleaning needs don’t fit the scope of our cleaning checklists, contact us and ask about the hourly cleaning option!

Once we get the details of your situation, we can do one of two things:

  1. If you’re on a time crunch or can’t set up a complimentary walkthrough, we can provide a time range estimate for how long we think it will take a team to clean, and will schedule you for the maximum estimated time. Once we arrive, we’ll do a walkthrough of the home to confirm or adjust our estimate. We don’t make price or scope changes unless you are in agreement with them.
  2. We can set up a complimentary 15-minute walkthrough to inspect the home and discuss your needs. We can follow up with an exact quote to fit your needs and budget before setting up the cleaning date.

Prices start at $70 for the first man-hour, then $49 for every additional man-hour. We charge in 30-minute increments.
