Unfortunately we have been receiving reports about a scam going on in the DMV area in which a heavily accented caller offers duct cleaning under the name “Radiant Home Services”. This person or group is calling under various local phone numbers, and calling homeowners multiple times. When asked to stop, these callers become rude and verbally abusive.
Please know that these are NOT representatives of Radiant Home Cleaning Services, LLC. We do not do cold calls or sell contact info to any organization, and we do not provide duct cleaning! We are a small house cleaning company in Fairfax County, VA.

We are doing our best to track down the people behind this scam, and hope to end this soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.
We have filed a report with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and made them aware of this problem. We recommend for people experiencing this problem to reach out to the FTC and file a report. This will help them track down the various phone numbers that might lead to the scammers.
