Scam awareness

We’ve received reports of callers in the DC area pretending to be Radiant Home, sometimes using names like “Radiant Home Services,” and offering services such as duct cleaning. These callers are not affiliated with Radiant Home Cleaning Services, LLC.

How to tell it’s not us

  • Radiant Home never makes cold calls and never sells or shares your contact information.
  • We do not offer duct cleaning.
  • Our office phone is (703) 270-4620 and our email is [email protected].
  • Scam callers often use different local numbers and call repeatedly, and they may become pushy or rude when asked to stop.

If you receive a suspicious call

  • Do not give out personal or payment information over the phone.
  • Hang up and contact us directly at (703) 270-4620, 800-290-0107 or [email protected] so we can track the report.
  • File a report with the Federal Trade Commission at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Reports help the FTC trace the numbers behind these calls.
