With employees, our #1 goal is to provide full-time schedules for them, and consistent schedules for both you and them. In order to do that, we found that the most efficient team size is 1. In a team of 2 or more, employees would have to clean 4+ houses a day to get a full schedule of work. The travel time and general stress of cleaning a home quickly would be detrimental to all involved. With single cleaners, just 2-3 homes a day would give them a full-time schedule, and would give them a low-stress environment to clean your home carefully and thoroughly.
Therefore, we like to schedule as many recurring customers as possible for our solo cleaners, and we like to assign our teams to customers and keep it as constant as possible. In terms of cleaning times, an apartment or condo would take about 2-3 hours, and for townhomes or single family homes around 1,500-2,000 sqft, a solo would take about 3-4 hours. For homes larger than 2,500 square feet, we will usually keep cleanings at team sizes of 2 or more. With this type of scheduling, the best time for us to come and clean is when you are not home or will not be inconvenienced by a longer cleaning time. We realize that some people have schedules that would conflict with a solo cleaner, and we don’t want to cause an inconvenience. For those with significant schedule restrictions, we can combine our single cleaners to meet at your home and clean as a team. We want to accommodate your schedule as best as we can, and we also want to provide a great work environment for our new hires!
